Applying online:
Alcan have a dedicated Careers team - Alcan Careers who will assist you all the way through the recruitment process. The first step is to submit your resume online through our careers microsite. Once you have completed the online application form, your resume is stored on our careers database which is searched on a regular basis, matching candidates to specific roles. No faxed or posted applications will be accepted

Direct Communication with Alcan Careers:
Due to the high level of interest in jobs at Alcan, it is not always possible for a member of the team to speak with every candidate. However, should your skillset match the requirements needed, the Alcan Careers team will be in touch with you to discuss the opportunity. There is a high frequency of new positions being posted onto the Alcan Careers website, so we encourage you to visit the site on a regular basis. If you want to stay ahead of the game - subscribe to our JobMail service, which will automatically inform you when a new role has been posted. ubmitting a general interest application: Alcan employs over 3500 personnel in Australia alone from all walks of life in a range of positions. If you dont see 'a job advertised on our site that interests you or matched your skill-set, but you would like to work for Alcan - then we would encourage you to submit your details anyway and set up a Job Mail notification with specific criteria to match your skills.
